I am the Labour Member of Parliament for Kingswood, first elected in 1992.  The South Gloucestershire wards covered by my constituency are Downend, Kings Chase, Hanham, Longwell Green, Parkwall, Rodway, Siston, Staple Hill and Woodstock.  The Bristol wards covered by my constituency are Frome Vale and Hillfields.  The boundaries of Kingswood parliamentary constituency will change at the next election.  Frome Vale, Hillfields, Staple Hill and Downend will no longer be part of Kingswood.  However, parts of Hanham, Bitton and Oldland Common that are currently in Wansdyke constituency will come into Kingswood.
